  43. V0.16    (CHG) Now, RealIcons will count the 1's in the PlanePick of the Image
  44.     Structure, instead of relying on the Depth, this should fix the behavior
  45.     with some broken icons; Note that *WILL NOT* honour the PlaneOnOff bits
  46.     Icons like that are BROKEN, this workaround was written in order to
  47.     prevent massive icon conversions. (Vasco Steinmetz).

  49. V0.17    (BUG) RealIcons (sometimes?) freed the WB pens twice, this happened
  50.     more often when the WB was closed and reopened (this should have been fixed
  51.     in V0.16...) No, I've not tried to make RealIcons change the icons after a
  52.     wb depth change (YET).
  53.     (CHG) The default $ICONPALETTE is now user definable.
